Can anyone do Pilates?

Anyone can do Pilates. The key is the SYSTEM. A Roman's certified Pilates instructor is trained to utilize all of the apparatus including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, and Barrels as well as the Mat work to design a system of exercises tailored to the individual's needs. Whether you're looking to increase your level of exercise, try something new, improve proficiency in your sport, relieve stress, regain strength, or improve balance, whatever the reason, Pilates is for you. (If you are pregnant, haven't exercised in a long time, have muscle, bone or joint injuries or disorders please seek medical advice before starting a new program.)
