POLICIES

~ Packages may be shared or transferred among clients

~ All packages expire 6 months from purchase date

~ No refunds on any purchases

~ A current credit card number is required to secure an appointment. In the event that the preferred payment method is not arranged at the conclusion of the session, the card on file will be charged.

~ 24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations, no exceptions. This includes rescheduling a cancelled appointment. In the event notice is not given 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time, the full amount of the session will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the client's current package.
